Kamal is kind enough to organised to invite Dr. Kalaikkovan & Dr. Nalini also. That is a real feast. We should hear more from them on Tiruvalanchuzhi. With Kudavoil Dr. Balu also to share some thoughts on Thiruvarur / Thanjai etc., this will be a real treat for History lovers like us.
WE WILL ORGANISE A SUMMING UP SESSION WITH THEM FIRST. INDIVIDUAL QUESTIONS MAY FOLLOW. SIMILAR TO VIKRAMAN MEET.
questionaires / points for clarification / discussion etc. needed.
Beginning to realise THREE things :
1. The time frame is not sufficient to intereact with such great scholars
2. Departure from Chennai - TTD boarding - other Boardings - should be ON THE DOT 6 AM and NOT A MINUTE LATER.
3. Sunday morning:: Departure from Thanjai to Oullamangai - Tvlnchiuzhi - Darasuram - LATEST BY 7 am. Breakfast on the way. (Means Saturday night, we are NOT stretching beyong 2130 hrs).
Thanks for the accomodation in the last minute. Mr. Kalaikovan's not availability is really sad news for me.

Dear SPS and all Thats a great plan and a great trip It really makes me yearn to be part of this trip unfortunately I cant...If theres Gods grace will be part of the next trip Its very kind of you to offer to organise a trip for the not so lucky souls living outside India I totally agree with Gokul that we should get this as a regular event and make it a quaterly organised trip so that the gates which are normally closed are open to the rest and we can collect some fees and contribute to the ASI If any of you have Video cameras please record the inner pictures and sculptures because when we get around to creating a site for big temple those are the things which will matter most Good Luck and Bon Voyage
