There is a very rare book called Danaikkan Kottai.It was written by E.Balakrishna Naidu.It should have become as famous as sandilyan's work atleast,but since it was written in nava india magazine,it did not get enough reach.Has any of our forum member read that book?
Balakrishna naidu wrote various "kottai" series novels,but this was the most popular work of him.It tells the story of british,tippu sultan and devarajan,who is the hero of the novel.Its a great work,if anyone gets hold of that book in a library dont forget to read it.
I've also heard about this book and am quite interested in reading it. Does anyone where this book is available?

If you have any friends in coimbatore,this book is availaible in 'choose and read' lending library in trichy road.They also sell books,so you can buy it.
