Given the nature of your profession I would not want you to be disturbed too often. We can have an introductory meeting preferably next weekend (20th/21st). Even if only a few members are able to make it we should go ahead with it. But your presence is a must. If you can indicate a tentative time when you will be available (on 20th/21st) we can proceed from there. We can have a more planned meeting at a later date.
