Because its a huge project and need a team work. I m planing to make a trailor of 10 seconds by using various contribution. Then its easy to get producer to make the film really big like lord of the rings . .
Yes, i think one of our members wanted to try this out but the project got dropped due to some reason. I think with some good editing(from the novel) PS could be a good project. I feel we shouldn't expect the movie or animation to be an exact "copy" (for the want of a better word) of the book. Just as the Harry Potter series we should be willing to make small (sometimes large) changes to the original as long as the soul doesn't get diluted.
