As Venkatesh wrote earlier, one character is a 12th century vaishnavite during Kulothunga chola period. Nepoleon plays Kulothunga chola and the story portrays that KC throws a vishnu idol in the sea. Wondering why a perfectionist like Kamal is spreading false history to the masses.
The ten characters are : An ordinary man (probably the hero), a 12th century vaishnavite, a 90 year old lady who is also dwarf, a scientist, a 8 foot high man, a black man from Tirunelveli, a chinese, US president George Bush, a white man who is the villain and a sardarji.
Yes, Im eagerly waiting for PS serial in Kalaignar TV. And little curiosity in my mind...who will be the actor and actress??? For VD,Kundavai...nobodyelse will fit for the characters.Maybe north side serial actors and actresss can fit.(Im telling this by seeing mahabarath,srikrishna serial).

Heard that 100 episodes are ready for PS Serial. Not sure why they are delaying. Since the person I know is going to play the role of AK, his part of shooting has not yet started and hence he is not too clear about what is happening as regards to the serial.
