Ponniyin Selvan Varalaatru Peravai

After doing the message map

thinking what else we can do with Google Maps and came across few
things. I am sure group veterans would thought about it and saw
message posted on 2005 here

Please let me know if there is any attempt happened and the details if any.

1. Mapping Group traveling to Ponniyin Selvan locations and provide
details about the place, etc.,
2. Span of the what each Chola Kings's conquered on his time.
3. Recent topic started Mr. Venkatesh on Native places
5, the list is endless.

Ideally, we need the latitude and longitude of all the locations, but
we don't have details about all those small villages only big cities
here - http://www.mapsofindia.com/lat_long/tamilnadu/tamilnadu.htm

http://mapmyindia.com is very good and they shows Patteeswaram and
other places, but couldn't figure out the latitude and longitude.

If any of you have latitude and longitude details of these places,
please send it to me. And if you guys plan for next trip and have any
GPS device, please record the latitude and longitude and share with
the groups.
