Kalki's son Rajendran, who has himself penned some novels (quite interesting) including one called Pscho Saranathan, and daughter Anandi (who completed his last novel Amaradara from the notes the great Kalki had maintained) are alive but getting old too. Anandi's daughter Gauri Ramnarayan is a top journo with The Hindu and incidentally she's married to former Hyd. off spinner Ramnarayan whose uncle P N Sundaresan was a former Cricket Correspondent of The Hindu.
