Today i talked to one of my University Alumni and was very very excited to note that he has published in 12 International journals about various aspects of chola history. He is an american and has done extensive research on Rajaraja, indian trade diaporas, cholas maritime expansion,temples, the economy of kanchipuram and what not. He told me that he will send the list of journals he has published in a day or two. I will send it to you guys right away.

Right Gokul, I read a couple of papers on the net long back, both on chola coins (I am not into pneumismatics, just curious). The papers were a part of someone's PhD dissertation in Tamil Univ, Thanjavur. Their library should have a good collection- I havent been there, though.
