    I spoke to SPS to settle this once and for all. The following is
    what seems to emerge :

    * An executive body consisting of the following people :

    - SPS
    - Mrs.Seetha (Sophia)(Madam, Including your name without consulting
    you. Apologies)
    - Dr.Sri
    - Krupa

    Request to krupa to take on the day to day roles of approvals etc.

    I hope this is in line with the last email of SPS. If any of you
    have better suggestions, pl let us know.

    Hope we can settle this soon and move forward

    i am a sick person. i cannot do active participation.
