The date for the conference will be 20-April-2003 Sunday. The
programme will start at 4 PM and go for about 3 hrs.

The venue is to be decided depending upon the no of people attending.
So, i have posted a poll in our group to register for the event.
Please rush your entries before 12-April-2003. It will help us a lot
to arrange a better and comfortable place for the seminar.

The following items will be sold at the conference hall.

    1. The VCD of Mudhal Yaathirai
    2. The book Udaiyaar by Balakumaran

An exhibition of amazing dolls representing the characters in
Ponniyin selvan created by Mrs. Chitkala will also be there. You can
see some of the dolls in our group's photos section.

    Before that,

We feel that if we have an informal meet of our group members who are
all in chennai, it would be better to coordinate well and discuss on
    any enhancement to the programme.

We all can meet on 14-April-2003 Monday ( Thamizh varuda pirappu ) at
4:30 PM. The assembling place will be Dr. Natesan's park in
Venkatanarayana road T.Nagar, which is opposite to the corporation
    ground.

I hope there won't be any problem in identifying us as you have seen
us in the photos and sun tv.

So, please vote for the registration as soon as possible.
