anyway, i appreciate the second part of the mail where u like my "mozhi patru". that is the real "You " sir.. not the one which was expressed in the first part of the mail.
But how many of them have been mighty yet magnanimous with a broad mind, with a keen love for art, care for people and keen administrative abilities ?
Sadly, the Tamil (even South Indian) kings who have got all these abilities have been sidelined by the academicians who write school text books.
We can boast of Mahendra Varman & Narasimha Varman amongst the early Tamil kings. Of course, Rajendra Cholan was a great achiever in all these fields.
But the tallest was, no doubt, Rajaraja Cholan only.
But I repeat, it does not mean that great warriors were only Tamils; nor does it mean that a great warrior is always a great ruler or a great man or a 'Sarithira Purushan'.
Good amount of literary theory/revelation followed by few "Adrasakkai" wordings do not show that much bad about the content & intent of the message which fit into this group
