Reg: anyone know who built karur pasupatheswarar temple?

I heard karur pasupatheswarar temple was built by puzal cholar. But in
history i can not find any chola in this name. any one know who is
puzal cholar? In temple inside next to raja kopuram puzal cholr
samathi is there. Any research on this temple?
