In Thiruvanthi puram (Thiruvahindipuram) near Kadalur, Panrutti, the main God is Lakshmi Hayagrivar. God for Education, knowledge. White lotus offered to Lakshmi Hayagrivar.
Lakshmi Hayagrivar temple is in a small hillock, which is believed tobe a part of Sanjeevi Malai. No plants. it looks in a different colour.
Devanatha Swamy is also there. If we are not able to visit Tirupathi, we can pay our venduthals here and he will accept.
its actually the other way about devanathar is the main shrine and hayagrivar an accesory shrine in chennai we have at nanganallur, vedantha desikan mutt at chithra kulam also at chettipunyam a few km before chingelpet
take the straight road towards thiru pathiri puliyur ( both main bustand and railway crossing will come on this road)
cross thiru pathiri puliyur and go towards panrutti. i think the temple comes 15 km or so away
2 points. go with ample time to spare. the hill top temple is very particular on gate closing times
also try to see thiru mani kuzhi a shiva temple very cloes by where vamana worshipped shiva have you seen thiru pathiri puliyur( where appar landed with the pillar tied to his waist)t)
