    If you read thru the episode in mahabharatha where bhima meets hanuman, Hanuman mentions that " I will be with my lord along with arjun in his battles as the flag . My "karjan" will be along with blowing of panchasanyam and twang of kandeepam"

    Yes - As March is approaching - you have to be closely aligned to Boss.

    But Hanuman is not the right example. Though he got a A++, the increment was 0%.

    You cant say that 0% increment.He is the Brahma Elect or Brahma in waiting.That is in the next cycle to come,He is the Brahma.Compared to existing setup we can expect better things from him !!!
