well I recently saw Parthiban Kanavu - I know people hardly ever discuss it when compared to PS and SS still I am sure it had its merits.
seeing the movie was ** such ** a letdown.
granted technically things have improved etc. etc. still I would rather they did not make a horrible botched up effort of it.
Is the movie industr ready - I don't think so.

I presume you are talking about the Gemini starrer Parthiban Kanavu and not Sneha srikant one...If you go to thr archives in feb - apr 200 you can see a wide choice of charectors to play PS charectors including hioliwood ones
Hi you mean the film in which Gemini Ganesan, Vyjayantimala and Renga rao acted? It wasnt a bad film. Eventhough PK is not an epic type like PS, the film had captured all the important incidents and hadnt deviated from the essence of the novel, IMO.
