Dear All The state of responsibility of our ASI and ministry is wellknown....I can understand SBs frustration...The Unesco site stated Rajaraja the founder of Chola dynasty built the temple when I ponted it out they removed it completely and ASI hasnt done anything about it... The only way is to have a large email /blog centre and each one of us emailing the PM,CM, Ministry for heritgae both here and Delhi and have a mail chain emailed to all TVs and newpapers they might not be interested as they are more interested in showing a live lynching or molestation to increase their TPR rating.... These campaigns have a value in UK and US Kind regards Sri
I agree. Irrespective of the outcome, we must apply pressure by bulk mailing complaint to to the concerned authorities/ organisations/ media. This may lead to: 1. someone responsible and sympathetic to the cause may bring it to the attention of higher ups. 2. Later on, the authorities cannot squirm out saying that they were not aware.

" ... Only ASI has taken adedquate care to ensure even a common man can see the Chozha paintings in darker corridars of the upper level of the big temple by installing their images in the southern periphery.
Should we not expect the same care from ASI on the Nothern periphery also ?
Pls advise the renovators to handle with more care.. "
