There is an intersting rumour going on regarding mazhai..
"Mazhai" - Tamil film has been released and all are continuously talking about the film ... and the word "mazhai" is on everybody's lips. the rumour is that since all people tell "mazhai" :"mazhai", rain is lashing in full fury in TN.( i can hear somebody saying what is the case in karnataka and WB and AP)
The same was said about the film "varsham" also in Andhra.
news is that when "bhagyaraj"'s film "thooral ninnupochchu" as released , it was a smashing hit that all people had "thooral ninupochchu" on their lips. Hence that year it is said that there was no rains and a severe drought ensued.

vaanathula "dhurdevadhaigal" poindirukkumaam.. somebody talks something bad .. udane "dhadhaasthu" i.e. "appadiye aaguga" nnu sollittu poidumaam....
Interesting, even though this mazhai is causing great temp incovenience...It is good to hear that chennai has good full year supply of drinking water because of it..!!.
Althogh I am no believer of prophecies, i could'nt help but think of a siddhar's prediction in kumudam sometime ago upto 2010 esp on trichy & srirangam at this time..
There should be awareness/well ahead planning by govt to ensure that people are equipped to meet the demands during times like this....
