The domain registered on good intention to secure the perfect matching domain name. Luckily its done and available. First of all I didn't do that personally for myself but on behalf of all our PSVP friends for building thebigtemple.com.
Domain Owner:
PSVP is the owner of thebigtemple.com. PSVP board will decide all the matters regarding thebigtemple.com. The project is open for all and anybody can approach through PSVP channel. PSVP will decide project controller, system admin, application admin, content managers, content authors etc.
Software Suggestion:
Ofcourse most of the IT experts in our forum agree that this is not software programming project but content based. So I am personally suggesting MySource Matrix(http://matrix.squiz.net) CMS system for this project. Friends please visit this site and see that system is useful or not. Give your feedback to board. Also inform us other better ways to do this precitious project.

I can provide if any technical help needed as my personal contribution. We have Redhat fedora server running in UK and I reserved one space for thebigtemple.com, it can be used for minimal fee GBP 10/year. If PSVP invite us, we can provide the system.
