I have learnt quiet a lot in this forum.(Due to lack of time and because of the sudden exposure to the heat i could not explore much)
especially when i went to Tirumala i was watching the Ranga mahal supposed to be place where the Ranga idol was kept away during Malik kafur invasion in 1320?- Swami desikan adn Periya vachan pillai.
Also the numerous pillars inside the main temple was full of ramayana whereas the surrounding ones where they keep Sugreeva, Anjaneya, near to the kitchen were Mahabharata motifs.
I also found Ramanuja charya at all Govindarajapuram, Trichanoor and tirumalai temples.
Also the Govinda raja swami temple pillars were plain but into the left most mandapam near to thirumangai azhwar we have detailed pillars and very well carved.
Definitely there should be different periods associated with each of the mantapams because the structure or architecture were different and i could see tamil kalvettus inside and telugu kalvettus outside. I couls only read amudhu so i assumed it should be some grant for preparing prasadam?
