    Which is correct?

    Can someone correct me please? and refer me to the proper grammar rule
    that applies here??????

    "Thamizh Changam" is correct.

    Thamizh-lil sirappu "zha"(Thami'zh') and "ra"(A'ra'm seiya virumbu..)
    ullana.

    Idhu tholkaapiya illakanathil koorapatulladhu.
