In today's Dinamalar Chennai edition, it is reported by the Editor Sri. R. Krishnamurthy that one of the coins he located now is supposedly issued by Cheraman -
but the script Cherman -ku citing Dr. R. Nagaswamy - is of Sadhavagana's pattern - thus taking the period of the coin to Sangam period - around 2nd CE !!
