Dr T Satyamurthy our founder and teacher and self witnessed the Kumbhabhishekam of the Kailasanathar temple at Uttaramerur which brought accolades to REACH, as this was our first/ pet project. Now, we are planning to visit some village near Maduranthakam, where a new temple has been found by one of our members who had requested us to decipher the inscriptions on the stone walls which are lying in ruined condition.
Our epigraphy teacher Shri Ramachandran has agreed to take up this mission. In the same day during morning enroute to Maduranthakam, we can visit Kailasanathar temple at Uttaramerur and also decipher the epigraphs there too, even though published, but for re-presenting another fresh book with complete details on historical evidences on the temple as sought by the Uttaramerur Temple committee.
