Dear Friends, Harihar is a small town located in Davangere dist of Karnataka. It is here where lord Harihara descended to put an end of demon Guhasura, at the confluence of Tungabhadra and Haridra rivers. A temple dedicated to lord Harihara is the main attraction of the town. The temple dates back to Chalukya period, however it was extensively renovated during the Hoysala regime.
