    ASCENDED THE THRONE
    ON AADI PUNARVASU -
    and according to the Rgn years -
    it was in 985 AD.

    Today though being Aadi Amavasya -
    it also coincides with Punarvasu.. !!!

    Tiruvalangadu Copper Plates talk high of RRC
    - and make mentions of Sri Rama also -
    whose natal star is Punarvasu !!

    It also dispels the misgiving that AAdi is
    an auspicious month - considering Glorious
    unprecedent 30 year Rule by RRC..
