I was trying to withdraw money from State Bank of India at Mount road branch and money did not come out from ATM (7,000+6,000) two transactions, when I approach State Bank of India's Manager, he asked me to complaint to IOB - (where I Have my account ). I went to my branch and gave complaint in writing but till to date no action nor they credit my money back in my account.
It was totaling to Rs 13,000 plus Rs 40/- ATM charges eaten by them and no result Even after given complaint in writing . This is happened very next day of IOB robbery incident? how to recover money ? any one can help ? ( I send email to IOB General Mager too but no result )
