Pandian Kondai ??

On Vaikunta Ekadasi day, Lord Namperumal in SriRangam comes out of Swarga Vasal with crown called as Pandian Kondai.
Why is it called by that name ?
Did the Pandian Crown look like that ??

Or was it donated by Pandya King?
Recently a simillar one was made for Thiruvallore Veeraragavap Perumal.
