Dear Friends, Sarabhapuriyas would have started their career as a feudatory of the Guptas however it appears that they later asserted their independence from the yoke of the Guptas. Their history is known from 16 copper-plate grants issued by their kings. One grant mentions the conversion of the original palm-leaf grant to copper-plate charter. No monument or stone inscription of this dynasty has been discovered till now.
