    As this group has a good number of people with knowledge in history and historically important places, I want a small help from the members.

    Can I get a list of authentic links for getting information on places of historical importance in South India?

    If such list is available with information on the latitude and longitude of each place, that is more welcome.

    Can someone give me these links?

    We should collate and publish with GPS coordinate or build a geo tagged map as a project

    I remember a geotagged map covering major places mentioned in PS ,

    The seniors should be able to clarify more on this
