Hi, May anybody please let me know if you are aware of any reference of Pallavas in puranas. Please give the reference from eighteen puranas, not from some later puranas. Your kind help will help me in my study of this dynasty.
Hi Sankar sir, I am not at all aware of this sangam. I only know that there was period called Sangam where a lot of literature was written. Also there are many such Sangam periods. But I have no such literature with me. I would like to know more on this, is there some material in English for this? I would like to know whats the antiquity of this 'Sangam' and which all literature of that period has come down to us. Written in public forum as I felt that other esteemed members may also help me in this. My objective is find Pallava references in ancient literature written before fifth century.
