Dear members: I recently read "Temples: Icons & Rituals" by S.K.Ramachandra Rao. The price Rs100/- is a steal (well I digress). It has piqued my interest on the subject of temples role in our society.
I am looking for online material on the subject of temples and the roles they played and continue to play in our life. Google books have some limited preview of some books. But I like to hear from the members here.
