In Peruvelur ( Manakkal aiyampettai) there is a vishnu temple Oneday in chennai, in the dream of a person who is native of thatvillage lord vishnu came in an idol form and told " You cried so much while palcing me safely under and now you yourself is going to take me out(Podaikkarache evallo azhuda, ippa neeye edukkapora). He was telling this to many and could not understand the significance. When the renovation of Vishnu temple in his native place was undertaken, he headed the comittee. One day the workers were digging for extensionon the day of boomi puja in his presenceand there came out the lord - ditto as appeared in the dream. The devotee realsied the meaning of the dream. We argue so much on every thing related to culture /history/religion etc etc and ultimately it isHE who decides all.
