Exiled Kashmiri Hindus
  • Pune has a significant population of exiled groups- Jews, Parsees,
Sindhis and now Kashmiri Hindus. Even modern historians and modern
politicians are trying to hide the sad plight of Kashmiri hindus. All
the kashmiris have left behind land, houses and other properties, which
are now confiscated and enjoyed by neighbours, militants and once bosom
    friends.

Two decades of Kashmiri Hindus' Exile

Exiled. 19th January 1990 was the day when loudspeakers and posters
pasted on Hindu homes in the valley gave a message-Pandits get out of
the valley; leave behind your women here.

20 years have passed since Kashmir's Hindus were forced exiled from
    their
homes. Turning refugees in their own motherland-Hindustan. An entire
    flow of
    civilization
heritage and collective memory was lost in the tents in Jammu and other
    cities.

Five lakh of them, Still living as refugees hoping Some day, they too
    will go
    back to their homes happily.

To observe the two decades of The most atrocious exile in the world
    history a
    special meeting is organised on

19th January 2010, Tuesday at 04.30 pm at Constitution Club, Rafi Marg,

  • Dont write these subjects. You will not be a secularist then. Please write on Kandamal, Gujrat. If you get a Hindutva seal, then libraries wont buy your books, InIf that is the case Then publishers will not be willing to publish, you will not either get awards.

Understand the current trend and produce some history. If possible start writing that in Kashmir Hindus chased others . After 100 years that will be History.
  • Sincerely wish to attend... but occupied otherwise.

Worth recalling quickly & briefly ::

Pandit Motilal Nehru and his son jawaharlal Nehru are from these Kashmiri Pandits.

North Indian Saivaism - being closer to Mount Kailash is considered the origination of Saivism ..

    Kabalikam etc., became later additions.

But basically it was RUDHRA who was worshipped.

    Siva became softer form.

Kashmir Pandits are supposed to have performed poojas in Mt Kailash. !

That way considered true Sivanadiars !!

well .. we know the mix of Alamarselvan of Sangam age turned Dakshinamurthy turned Siva ... widely discussed in our Group earlier...

that is why put QUICK BRIEF RECALL ...

    thanks dear Sampath Sir.

    Greetings., sps

  • Seriously. if one takes a life of historian, unless he has a finacial back up, life will be very difficult.

The media, parties have misunderstood secularisam and even security is under risk.

Secularisam should be understood from France.

But I really surprised on one thing.

Hinduism says that all ways lead to same goal. the others say only theirs is the solution and all other are of satans. But supporting others are called secularism and being Hindu is called right wing.
  • That is what it means. Hindu is right!

I had a commie lecturer who repeated this often. Our heart is on the
'right' side by being on the 'left' side.

We all can be called Bhishmas. When Draupadi asked him why he was he was
silent and not standing for dharma, when the she and the pandavas were
    tormented, he said "dharmishta yudhishtra has conceded I am won;
(thasmath na shaknomi vivektum ethath)so I cannot get into analysis)".
