    read the news item in detail.

    though Govt Rules prohibitting purchase of books from a Living author, in the case of Rajam Krishnan, it is bye-passed and a sum of Rs. 3.00 lakhs is provided to her..

    We also record our sincerely thanks to the Tamilnadu Government.
