THEVAR is not a community as of now. the kings never called themselves thevar.this is just life "kadavul madiri udhavi pannenga..." in today's words...common man of those times called them as gods whom they could see..i think they was nothing much to discuss in it but the things get elaborated n too complex..2. the gurukul topic was nice. there is lots to know abot the gurukul of those days.today anyhow we can not impart r import such a knowledge in any school.if anything wrong in my replies, plz do notify.the weekend meet : have a nice time...Regards,kirutika.
