���� Lead a team of engineers ���� System wide responsibility on software deliverables ���� Architecture, Design and delivery of software systems based on Java technologies ���� Train and retrain engineers on emerging associated technologies ���� Customer communication ���� Setup and follow systems and practices
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M. Tech / M.S. from a premier institute. M.Sc., / M.C.A can also be considered in some cases
Certification: Certification from Sun Microsystems at an advanced level ( SCEA ) is a must. Certification at the speciality level may be considered in some cases. Certification from PMI institute will be an added advantage.
Soft Skills: ���� Communication skills ���� Leadership qualities ���� Positive attitude and outlook ���� Flexibility
Work Experience:
���� About 8 years in a similar capacity in a MNC with CMM Level 4 or greater certification. ���� Must have lead a team of about 10 ��V 15 engineers for a period of 3 ��V 5 years ���� Must have worked with international customers ���� Must have served though at least 5 complete product cycles. ���� Expertise in Java applications and servers for desktop and embedded systems.
