Hi I just happened to receive a set of bound sivakamiyin sabatham serials. mostly dated 1945( was it the original?)
not many advertisements though. one was for gramaphone records of the movie 'Meera' with MS. musical reviews by kalki as isai theni in every issue.

Hi All, The one other similarity I find in SS, PS and Parthiban Kanavu is the wonderful way in which Kalki describes nature. You feel the suns rays, the water glistening, the moon beams and thousand butterflies.....
