There was an excellent program on "SS music" yesterday night. The program was on Nagaswaram, Karakaattam, and Thappaattam. There was a wonderful and most informative discussion, on these arts, history, and thier type.
Kudavoil.Mr.Balasubramaniam, was explaining thier history and thier relevant inscriptions of Great King Raja Raja Cholan, in Periya Koil.
With Aipasi Sathayam around, the program was inspiring.
Why did we not arganise something similar to Iyal Isai Nataka Vizha for thamizh arts?
