Yes we should plan a trip to Ajanta. I have been postponing trip to Ajanta, in the hope that PS group would make it one day and it would be more interesting to enjoy Ajanta with this group of history lovers!
Even I am very much interested to see Ajanta paintings. The longing is there in me for last 12 years since then I read Sivakamiyin Sabhadam.
As you are ready to organise the trip, please put forward a tentative schedule of the trip with details like mode of transport from Mumbai, Accomodation, no. of days of the trip, Expenses (very imp :) etc.
Then, we can poll for how many of us would be interested in coming for this trip. Later, we can decide the date of travel.

Let us work out the cost & schedule from Mumbai only. People can reach Mumbai on their own or in interest- groups depending upon their funds and work schedule. Some of them might opt fly or take a train service.
